A Tribute to the Heart Behind Our Creativity
The Anita Maria Design Co. was named in honor of my mother, Anita Maria — a woman whose love, strength, and unwavering belief in me shaped every part of who I am. We lost her far too soon in March of 2025, but her spirit has never left us. She was the kind of mother who saw possibility in everything and encouraged me to chase my dreams with both hands and a full heart. Whenever life knocked me down, she was the voice reminding me to get back up, to keep going, and to never stop creating.
This company exists because of her. Every design we make, every product we put into the world, carries a piece of her legacy. She taught me that the things we create matter — not just because they’re made well, but because they come from a place of love. Naming this company after her is our way of ensuring that her kindness, her creativity, and her belief in us will live on. Even though she’s no longer here to cheer us on in person, she remains at the heart of everything we do.
The Anita Maria Design Co. is more than a business. It is a promise — that her name, her encouragement, and her love will continue to shape our family and our work for generations to come. And with every piece we craft, we hope to honor her in a way that would make her proud.
